Constructed almost thousand years ago, the Kedarnath temple can only be visited during the course of summer months of the year. Winters are extremely cold with heavy snow and the temple unlocks only when the snow liquefies best time to visit there is during the month of April to November. KEDARNATH TOUR DETAILED DAY WISE ITINERARY - 5 NIGHTS / 6 DAYS

  • Day 1

    Delhi to Haridwar (230 kms/6hrs).

    As soon as you reach at Delhi your Yatra begins with a car drive to Haridwar, have lunch on the way and check in at hotel room in Haridwar. After freshen up at the time of sunset Ganga Aarti at Har ki Pauri then night stay overthere.

  • Day 2

    Haridwar to Rudraprayag (165kms/6hr).

    Plan of the day is to visit Haridwar local sightseeing, then drive to Rudraprayag visit on the way Devprayag. After you reach Rudraprayag, Check in hotel room for night stay.

  • Day 3

    Rudraprayag to Kedarnath (75kms by road and 14kms Trek).

    Drive to Gaurikund, from there get ready for the Trek, from Gaurikund to Kedarnath you can go on foot or by horse/ Doli. Pilgrims should carry their own medicines, dense woolen, daily use products and clothes for the night stay at Kedarnath. Next visit Kedarnath Temple.

  • Day 4

    Kedarnath to Rudraprayag (14Kms down Trek and 75kms/3hrs by Road).

    After darshan of Kedarnath Temple trekking downwards to Gaurikund and the return to Rudraprayag. Next driving back to Rudraprayag via Guptkashi. Check in Hotel room at Rudraprayag for Night stay.

  • Day 5

    Rudraprayag to Rishikesh (144kms/6hr).

    This morning post breakfast drive back towards Rishikesh. Check in at Hotel in Rishikesh. Have comfortable night stay there. Before night visit to Rishikesh local sightseeing such as Triveni Ghat, Laxman Jhulla, Parmarth Niketan, Ram Jhulla, Shivananda and Gita Kutir. After having Lunch, drive back to Haridwar. Check in at Hotel room.

  • Day 6

    Haridwar to Delhi (220kms/6hr).

    After having breakfast, departure to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, Drop at Railway Station/Airport .
