General Terms and Conditions

  • Chardham Service is in the business of planning travel and vacations and offers a variety of tour packages. However, the firm does not own or have any control over any hotel, airline, shipping company, restaurant, mode of transportation, or other service or facility. In the event of death, personal injury, property damage, or any other loss or harm brought on by the management or employees of any hotel, airline, tour operator, shipping company, or coach owner who are independent contractors of Chardham Service, Chardham Service shall not be held liable for any type of delay or improper service provided by other agencies, airlines, transport, hotel, or service providers.
  • Prices are applicable for Indian citizens only; for information on rates for people of other nationalities, contact tour operators and specialists.
  • Before purchasing a trip package from Chardham Service, we ask all of our customers to research and confirm the travel advisories, warnings, announcements, and prohibitions issued by pertinent government agencies. The safety and riskless of travel to such places and destinations is not guaranteed by Chardham Service when it offers its tour and vacation packages. Travelling to such places and locations could lead to losses or damages, which Chardham Service is not responsible for.
  • Any trip or vacation package may be changed, amended, varied, or cancelled by Chardham Service without prior notice.
  • When they receive the email from chardhamservice.com confirming their booking, all clients are urged to carefully review and confirm their reservation. Please get in touch with our travel specialists if there is any information that is missing, inaccurate, or needs to be amended or altered. Some components of the tour package are not refundable in the event of a change or revision. If the traveller does not report any errors within a day after receiving the booking confirmation, Chardham Service cannot be held liable.
  • Chardham Service has taken all care and responsibility to check and verify all the information on its website. However, all this information is supplied by authorized tour operators, service providers, and accommodation providers in our travel packages. Chardham Service cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate description mentioned in the package or on the website.
  • The images used in the various tour and holiday packages on our website are for representational purposes only.

Itinerary Changes

  • Participants are expected to be on time and keep to the tour's schedule at all times. The consumer cannot request a refund if he misses any of the sightseeing tour owing to his own tardiness.
  • Weather conditions, war, quarantine, strikes, baggage loss, accidents, injuries, deaths, breakdowns, theft, or any other irregularity that may occur during the tour will not be covered by Chardham Service, and any related losses will be the responsibility of the passengers. There is no reason why Chardham Service shouldn't be reimbursed for costs incurred as a result of rail, bus, or other service delays or schedule adjustments.
  • If necessary, Chardham Service maintains the right to change, revise, vary, or withdraw any departure, excursion, or hotel. For the convenience of the customer, the itinerary may be changed.

Booking Policy

  • The tour and vacation packages featured on chardhamservice.com are merely proposed itineraries, and Chardham Service does not hold reservations for travel products included in these itineraries. The availability of the proposed tour packages is subject to change at the time of booking, and the tour cost may vary depending on the actual availability of travel services included in the itinerary.
  • Chardham Service will process your booking request only after confirming prices and the availability of services at the time of booking. Once the prices and availability of services are confirmed, Chardham Service will provide you with the requested service, subject to your compliance with the Terms and Conditions and payment in full.
  • The tour itinerary is an estimation and may be subject to change without prior notice. Chardham Service may modify the tour itinerary at times for the convenience and safety of its customers, but it will ensure that all services remain the same. If there is any change in the proposed itinerary, Chardham Service will inform to the client before the booking or the before the departure of the tour, whichever will be earlier.
  • Transfers and sightseeing involve comfortable transportation via coach, taxi, bus, or van, depending on the number of passengers traveling together on the same tour. Chardham Service will group all passengers arriving simultaneously and transfer them to their respective hotels. Private transfers are available for an extra fee.
  • Chardham Service reserves the right to delay, postpone, or alter the departure or conclusion date of the tour, or change the travel route due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, snow conditions, political restrictions, or other causes. In such cases, Chardham Service shall not be responsible for any refunds or compensation for any damages or losses incurred by the passengers.
  • Chardham Service will assist the passengers in any requirement of special meals, snacks, wheelchairs, preferred seats, or other needs at all times. However, if such services are not available or provided on tour despite pre-booking requests by Chardham Service, Chardham Service will not be liable for any additional costs or damages.
  • Chardham Service does not arrange independent activities chosen by passengers during the tour. However, depending on the tour's course, Chardham Service may arrange such activities separately at an additional cost.
  • On local and national holidays, as well as during peak seasons and religious occasions, entry to certain monuments, restaurants, hotels, markets, and museums may be restricted or unavailable. In such instances, the Company will endeavor to provide alternative options, wherever possible. Chardham Service shall not be held accountable for any closures or modifications to the tour itinerary due to any reason.

Cancellation Policy

  • If our local associate cancels the tour, the local associate will decide whether to apply any cancellation fees. No refund will be given if a customer misses the tour, and it might not be feasible to reschedule the excursion. The traveller on the tour is responsible for any additional fees associated with postponing the tour.
  • The customer can cancel or modify their booking by sending an email to info@chardhamservice.com after they have confirmed a tour package. At least 7 working days before the intended departure, the traveller must email us to cancel the tour reservation.
  • Cancellation fees may include hotel pre booking charges, some independent services and may also include excursions(optional) with prior booking, during and after the tour which are provided by Chardham Service
  • No refund will be provided for unused services which were stated in tour booking details.
  • Passengers who are not using transfers that are included in the tour package will not get a concession or cash equivalent in their tour package.
  • Because tour packages are booked several months in advance, the company loses money if these services are cancelled at the wrong time. As a result, the company will charge cancellation fees for any tour or service that is canceled. Any services or tours that are canceled must be notified in writing and the reasons given.
  • The cancellation policy for each tour package will prevail over the general policy.
  • In the event that we are unable to fulfill the booked travel arrangements, our liability will always be limited to the travel arrangements costs.
  • Before the tour that was originally booked leaves, a change from one tour to another will be considered a cancellation of that tour, incur cancellation fees, and a new reservation must be made at the available dates.

Refund Policy

  • The organization claims each authority to decide the quantum of discount payable to the client in the event of scratch-off of a visit. This refund will be determined by things like the number of participants and the cancellation policies of suppliers like hotels and coach companies, and the company's decision regarding the amount of the refund will be final
  • Services like meals, lodging, sightseeing, entrance fees, optional tours, and so on will not be reimbursed in full or in part.
  • Refunds will be processed in at least 15 days.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services which were stated in tour booking details.
  • Passengers who are not using transfers that are included in the tour package will not get a concession or cash equivalent in their tour package.
  • Coach and taxi service refunds can take anywhere from 30 to 90 business days if the company receives the necessary assistance.
